RENTAL PROPERTY TERMS AND CONDITION/BOOKING POLICY

1. General Terms


By booking a stay through Daley Stay Rentals, you agree to comply with all terms and policies outlined here. These terms are binding for all reservations made through our website, Lodgify platform, or third-party booking partners (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo).


2. Reservation & Payment


  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
     
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise stated.
     
  • Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or approved electronic payment services.
     
  • Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received, and a confirmation email is issued.

 

  • Guests staying 30 consecutive days or longer are required to provide proof of active renter’s insurance prior to check-in. This policy must include liability and accidental damage coverage valid for the duration of the stay.
     
  • Failure to provide proof of renter’s insurance before check-in may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
     

4. Cleaning Fee


  • A $150 per-night cleaning fee applies to each reservation.
     
  • This fee covers professional daily cleaning, sanitation, and restocking of linens and supplies by our Patrena Home Management Cleaning Technicians.
     
  • Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in poor condition, excessively dirty, or with unreported damage.
     

5. Cancellation Policy


  • Full Refund: If cancelled 14 or more days prior to check-in.
     
  • 50% Refund: If cancelled 7–13 days prior to check-in.
     
  • No Refund: For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or for early departures.
     
  • “No-show” bookings are non-refundable.
     

6. Check-In / Check-Out


  • Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
     
  • Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
     
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
     
  • Guests must check out promptly to allow for professional cleaning and incoming guests.
     

7. House Rules


To ensure comfort and respect for all guests and neighbors, the following rules apply:


  1. No Smoking or Vaping inside the property.
     
  2. No Pets Allowed. (We maintain an allergen-free environment.)
     
  3. No Parties or Large Events.
     
  4. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
     
  5. Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests.
     
  6. Guests must report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
     
  7. Unauthorized guests or violations may result in early termination of stay without refund.
     

8. Guest Responsibilities


Guests agree to:


  • Maintain the property in clean, orderly condition.
     
  • Load dishes into the dishwasher before checkout.
     
  • Remove trash and personal belongings.
     
  • Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
     
  • Follow all posted safety and usage instructions for appliances.
     

9. Property Access & Maintenance


Daley Stay Rentals reserves the right to enter the property for maintenance, inspections, or emergencies with reasonable notice.


10. Liability & Disclaimer


Guests occupy the property at their own risk.


Daley Stay Rentals, Evermore Wealth Management, and Patrena Home Management are not liable for:


  • Accidents, injuries, or illness during the guest’s stay.
     
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings.
     
  • Interruption of services beyond our control (power outages, weather, etc.).
     

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused by negligence or intentional acts.


11. Unforeseen Circumstances


If a reservation must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., property damage, maintenance, natural disaster), Daley Stay Rentals will provide a full refund or alternative accommodation when available.


12. Data & Privacy


All personal data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent guest information and take all reasonable measures to secure your data.


13. Governing Law


These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the County of St. Johns. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Florida state law.


14. Acceptance of Terms


By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
